Job Summary:
The HR Analytics Administrator supports HR staff to analyze work process design and flow, recommend improvements processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS including implementation of new modules, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Provides daily support, addressing user needs and system challenges.
- Assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
- Configures and customizes HRIS settings and features to meet organizational requirements.
- Meets with users to develop, maintain, produce, and distribute standard and custom reports and queries.
- Stays up to date on latest HRIS trends and software upgrades
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles.
- Uses effective approaches for choosing a course of action or develops appropriate solutions to issues that arise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and related software.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems
- Time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with HRIS, UKG experience preferred.
Pay: $60,000-$75,000
