Payroll Clerk

McMahon & Associates CPAs PC in Munster Indiana is looking for a detailed oriented individual to join our team as a payroll processing clerk. Applicant must have payroll experience and be able to multi-task efficiently.

This is a part-time position in our office Monday through Wednesday.

Benefit package available based on hours worked.

Job Description:

Accurately prepare payroll checks for multiple clients

Timely submission of tax payments

Efficiently process quarterly tax returns and year-end W-2 forms

Knowledge of accounting functions

Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Previous payroll processing experience (Preferred)

Experience with QuickBooks Oline and Thomson Reuters Accounting CS Software modules

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:
