Job Description:
Job Summary
This position implements and provides support to sales teams by distributing internal communications materials and managing other related initiative projects. He/She runs and administers day-to-day activities of the office and ensures sales support employees receive training and technical support. This position supervises the Sales Support Specialist and other administrative personnel.
Responsibilities:
Creates and distributes communications material to an internal audience.
Collaborates with sales stakeholders and functions to ensure the accuracy and consistency of messages.
Quickly and thoroughly investigate topics to clarify key messages and audience impacts.
Conducts in-depth analyses to understand performance gaps and supports strategy development to make informed decisions.
Monitors compliance and execution of Corporate endorsed sales processes and procedures.
Tracks and reports goals for initiatives to ensure compliance with reporting structure, measurement frequency, and communication flow to sales resources.
Determines employees training needs to produce development plans.
Provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance.
Sales Training or Training experience
Microsoft Office
Graphic Design experience -Preferred.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Business or similar discipline – Preferred
