We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Clerk to join our team in Woodridge, IL. The Payroll Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, including maintaining employee records, calculating wages, and ensuring accurate and timely payment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.
Pay Rate: $19.00 -$20.00/hr
Working 30 to 33 hours a week (Monday to Friday)
Job Requirements:
- Process payroll for clients in different industries in different states.
- Familiarity with payroll and employment laws.
- Detail oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Comfortable maintaining working relationships with a variety of clients with various business needs.
- Knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Some accounts payable processing.
- Flexibility to take on various office projects that arise.
