Responsibilities
- Administers HR/Payroll solutions Hire-to-Term: employee records, benefits/open enrollment et al
- Process payroll for all locations: verification of hours, reporting
- Coordinates with HR Manager and Benefits broker for employee benefit programs and reporting
- Maintains Human Resources records for the organization utilizing HRIS
- Reviews quarterly and annual payroll tax returns and W-2s prepared by third-party payroll administrator
- Assists with various audits
- Responsible for maintaining payroll records, resolving payroll inquiries
- Manages sales commission/draw accounts
- Owns administration of the Expense Management system
- Onsite work at corporate location
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
- Accounting degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of payroll software packages, Paycom knowledge a plus
- Solid knowledge of health benefits administration
- Proven track record of detailed focus and high accuracy
- Handles sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Expert computer literacy
- Process-oriented with a teamwork mindset
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent administrative skills
- Working knowledge of tax law, labor law, and other relevant legislation
