A day in the life.
As our Operations Specialist supporting both the Employee Health & Benefits and Business Insurance teams, you’ll assist in the day-to-day handling of quality control auditing such as data integrity in systems, client files and adherence to compliance requirements. This role partners with the Senior Operations Specialist for many projects involving our agency management systems, (BenefitPoint, Sagitta & ImageRight) including error log resolution, split updates and invoicing. The Operations Specialist assists the Director of Operations or other leaders with data integrity projects, commission reporting and other projects as assigned. Partners with the Finance team as needed on projects or inquiries. In addition, the Operations Specialist will partner with the Administrative Services Assistant with vendor payables, and other projects as they arise.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- Bachelors Degree preferred; Minimum 2 years of experience in data management. Employee Benefits industry preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel, and proficient in other Microsoft products.
- BenefitPoint, Sagitta & ImageRight and/or Applied Epic experience a plus.
- Familiar with data management and auditing.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Knowledge of group benefit plans a plus.
