Job Description
Join our team as a Payrolll Administrator! This role will operate on a hybrid schedule. 2-3 days onsite.
· Maintain payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data
· Update payroll records by entering changes to employee information or benefits such as job titles, exemptions, and savings deductions
· Maintain employee payroll files and employee documentation
· Process payroll semi-monthly for the United States and Canada
· Work with external auditors to verify payroll data and compliance with payroll
· Assist with federal and state tax reporting
· Prepare and reconcile HSA and 401K contributions
· Ensure compliance with all wage and hour laws, ERISA, and company policies and procedures in regard to PTO and holidays
· Work closely with Human Resources to identify issues, resolve payroll discrepancies, communicate with employees, and assist with reporting
· Perform other job duties as assigned
Qualifications/Required Experience:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Excellent attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and multitask in a time sensitive environment
