CFSC is a dynamic, third-generation Money Services Business licensed by the states of New York and New Jersey. We have an immediate opening for a Payroll Administrator at our corporate headquarters in River Edge, NJ.
Responsibilities include:
- Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and timely through ADP Workforce Now AND Enhanced Time & Attendance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to payroll
- Maintain employee records and update changes in employment status, tax withholdings, and deductions
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management as needed
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues or errors
- Collaborate with HR department to ensure accurate employee data and payroll information
- Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws, regulations, and best practices
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration or related field
- Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP, Excel and MS Office
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Experience with data entry and attention to detail
- Familiarity with governmental accounting regulations is a plus
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation
- Excellent 10-key typing skills for accurate data entry
- Knowledge of corporate accounting procedures
