SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

SN is proud to support Renewal by Andersen (RBA) in their search for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team. In this role, you will assist in preparation of financial statements, reconcile accounts, support payroll, and perform special projects.

JOB SUMMARY:
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Assists Controller with month end and yearend preparation of financial statements.
- Reconciles balance sheet accounts on monthly basis.
- Timely resolution of account reconciliation exceptions.
- Special projects as need be. Projects would be either Accounting related or System related.
- Be primary backup to Payroll.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting.
- Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
- Highly proficient with accounting software. Business Central and Power BI a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
- Three to five years of accounting experience required.
- CPA preferred not required.
Pay Range:
- $90,000 - $100,000 (DOE)
- Participates in Accounting Department bonus plan
