Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Oversee bi-weekly and weekly payroll processing for all hotels.
· Manage tax and withholding records and deductions for all federal, state, and local taxes for payroll processing.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting based on state and federal requirements.
· Oversee cash management for all hotels.
· Prepare worker’s compensation billing processing and uploads for all hotels.
· Facilitate benefits billing process and uploads for all hotels.
· Prepare and submit EEO-1 data and reporting.
· Communicate payroll and tax changes or updates to employees and management.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports in accordance with reporting calendars.
· Prepare benefits allocations for all hotels and process payments.
· Assist with hotel audits and confidential projects as needed.
Requirements:
· 2+ years accounting or auditing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Associates/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
· Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
