We are looking for a PAYMENTS MANAGER responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Represent a Credit Union by serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all Payments related products to limit the credit union's financial exposure and ensure a profitable return.
- Serve as point person and SME for Payments debit/credit card projects money transfer programs, wires, and ACH.
- Perform necessary functions to establish and maintain credit, debit, ATM and Online Bill Pay accounts and services.
- Manage Payments department staff (Payments Specialist, Sr. Payments Analyst, Card Services Specialist) and provide coaching and training as applicable.
- Resolve member escalations prior to reaching VP Payments & Risk.
- In concert with Senior Payments Specialists, train others in the department on various functions including fraud and dispute processing and ACH postings/exceptions.
- Assist and co-lead payments related projects.
- 10 years of related experience in payments, primarily related to card disputes
- Deep knowlege of credit union operations
- Must have supervisory experience
