In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Facing the Global Payment internal and external Business Lines, through Data-driven, mining data value empowers business development, building payment Data assets, data services and data E2E solutions;
- Build a payment metrics system for each Line of Business, continuously monitor business and user feedback and data performance, promote product optimization and iteration, improve requirement documents and prototype design, coordinate internal resources to promote development and launch.
- In-depth analysis of business scenarios, user behavior trajectories, and user relationships on the front line of the business, linkage with various resources such as data mid-platform, output data tools and analysis product solutions for Line of Business, and promote implementation.
- Sharp insight into industry pain points, responsible for market survey, user feedback collection and analysis, analysis of products and market dynamics.
- 5 years of business data analysis or business Data Product experience, with good data sensitivity, research and analysis ability;
- Have good request management , product planning and design capabilities, able to produce high-quality requirement documents and prototypes, effectively coordinate and promote the implementation of the R & D team;
- Familiar with at least one mainstream data warehouse or database ( MySQL , PostgreSQL, Hadoop , etc.), proficient in SQL language is preferred;
- Familiar with one or more types of internal workflow or Data Products such as securities/banks/funds/consumer finance/Internet Finance Center/insurance, able to accurately grasp Target User behavior habits and business pain points, those with experience in financial information service companies are preferred;
- Good logical thinking and analytical skills, good XFN communication and teamwork skills, strong learning and execution abilities, able to think independently and summarize.
- Open-minded, proactive in work, strong ability to withstand pressure and self-drive, with great enthusiasm for finance/internet and new technologies.
