Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Execute detailed monitoring regimes for new and existing payments partnerships
• Interface with technology and product partners, as well as potential and existing fintech partners/clients, to execute on the Compliance risk management strategy set by the SVP, Compliance Officer and Director of Payments Compliance
• Prepare documents and work with the Director of Payments Compliance to ensure they are completed in a timely manner. This includes monitoring reviews and regulatory reporting.
• Compile information that may be used to prepare board or other reports.
• Interact with external auditors as needed.
• Assist with the development of applicable Payments compliance training for new and existing bank staff, partners and other actors.
• Ensures the high-risk customers, products, and transactions are regularly scheduled for reviews and evaluation per the Payments compliance risk management strategy
• Maintains proficient knowledge of the rules and regulations, including but not limited to, Regulation E, complaints, UDAAP. and card networks.

Working Conditions

• This position is performed in regular office work environment conditions. Will spend considerable time in front of a computer screen and analyzing information. The incumbent will be expected to be able to work Monday through Friday and, depending on any arrangements between the candidate and the Bank, work will mainly be performed at the Maitland location, remotely, or in a hybrid setting; occasional evening and weekend work may be required. As applicable, flexibility with work location and hours may be granted if circumstances permit.

Qualifications Summary
Education

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in payments, networks, risk management or compliance.

Knowledge & Skills:

• Knowledge of Regulation E, Prepaid Card Rule, complaint guidance, UDAAP
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to collaborate and work well with all bank departments, technology partners
• Demonstrated ability to manage performance and work independently
• Must be able to meet deadlines and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Proficient in computer software and applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask as necessary
