Overview
The Purchase to Pay Specialist is responsible to support the business in securing goods and services via SGWS Procurement solutions, so their purchasing needs are met in a timely, collaborative, accurate and transparent manner.
Primary Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Requisitions at the request of the business and process related Vendor Invoices into SAP Ariba workflow for validation by business units.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, able to process large number of documents and requests effectively. Including matching and linking appropriate documents to Purchase Requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and documentary evidence standards.
• Initiate, answer and respond to emails and voice mails from customers requesting assistance.
• Validate proper functioning of SGWS procurement technologies. Research discrepancies and coordinate with partners to determine the proper resolution.
• Willing to explore and suggest ideas to improve existing processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Primary Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 2 years of experience
• Strong inter-personal, analytic, communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, shifting styles depending upon the audience.
• Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must be able to read and interpret information; write correspondence and reports; and present effectively to other employees, suppliers, and customers.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook required with the ability to perform V Lookups and Pivot Table summaries.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships.
• Emotional resilience, able to maintain composure and a constructive attitude if occasionally dealing with time sensitive deadlines or challenging stakeholders.
