Description:
An outstanding opportunity for a Data Entry Specialist in a growing company. The best candidates will be detail-oriented and possess speed and accuracy in data completion.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 9am - 5pm, or until the work is complete (depends on daily workload).
- Possibility for more hours during peak times.
- 2-4 hour Saturday shift on a rotating basis 1 per month.
Job responsibilities:
- Process with a minimum Data Entry 10-key speed of 10,000 kph with a minimum 99% accuracy (Required typing test).
- Handle highly sensitive documents.
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as well as specific client rules.
- Must be able to work alone for long periods of time as well as in a team setting.
- Use good communication skills with other processors to complete deadlines during peak times.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, production atmosphere.
Required:
- Must be able to successfully complete background and employment screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school or equivalent
- Previous alpha/numeric Data Entry experience is required.
- Process with a minimum Data Entry 10-key speed of 10,000 kph with 99% accuracy.
