Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Requisitions at the request of the business and process related Vendor Invoices into SAP Ariba workflow for validation by business units.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, able to process large number of documents and requests effectively. Including matching and linking appropriate documents to Purchase Requisitions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and documentary evidence standards.
- Initiate, answer and respond to emails and voice mails from customers requesting assistance.
- Validate proper functioning of SGWS procurement technologies. Research discrepancies and coordinate with partners to determine the proper resolution.
- Willing to explore and suggest ideas to improve existing processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma plus 2 years of experience
- Strong inter-personal, analytic, communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, shifting styles depending upon the audience.
- Able to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be able to read and interpret information; write correspondence and reports; and present effectively to other employees, suppliers, and customers.
- High proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook required with the ability to perform V Lookups and Pivot Table summaries.
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation, facilitation of strong working relationships.
- Emotional resilience, able to maintain composure and a constructive attitude if occasionally dealing with time sensitive deadlines or challenging stakeholders.
