Salary```Duties``` - Greet and check-in patients upon arrival - Schedule and confirm appointments for patients - Collect and update patient information in the electronic medical records system (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain confidentiality of patient information - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Coordinate treatment plans with dental/medical providers - Ensure a smooth flow of patients through the office ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting - Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (eClinicalWorks, Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) - Knowledge of medical scheduling procedures and terminology - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work well in a team environment Please note that knowledge of ER (Emergency Room) procedures is not required for this position.
