```Duties```
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of clinic resources
- Greet and check-in patients, verifying their personal and insurance information
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist healthcare providers with administrative tasks, such as preparing patient charts and documenting medical histories
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Collaborate with other clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal clinic efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
