An AFCD Treatment Coordinator is an advocate for our patients. This team member creates a WOW experience by understanding our patient’s treatment goals and by providing solutions to help them fit their dental care into their budget. The AFCD Treatment Coordinator has a business owner mindset and understands they have a direct impact on the productivity and profitability of the Practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide the AFCD “WOW” experience Patient relationship development Team relationship development Conflict resolution
Risk Management Compliance
• HIPPA Compliance / Certification • Treatment Consents
• Patient Record Keeping
Financial Management
• Patient Accounting / Ledger Audits
• Patient Collections
• Signed & Documented Financial Policy
Systems & Implementation
• Scheduling to Provider Daily, Weekly, Monthly Goals • Block Scheduling
• Open/Close procedures
• NP process
• Phone Verbiage
• Confirmation complete within 4 days of appointment time • Reactivation/Inactivation
• Unscheduled Tx follow up
• Coordination of POD team
• Insurance processes
