Seeking Full Time Patient Coordinator

Eugene Periodontics & Implant Dentistry, a private practice, solo provider is seeking to fill a Full time, 40 hour week Patient Coordinator position.

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year dental experience, outgoing personality, familiar with Eaglesoft software, multi-line phones, proficient data entry, enough energy to keep up with our fast-paced office, interested in learning, a team player, fast learner, attention to detail, comfortable with electronic charting (microsoft, email, secure portals, google drive), take direction well and take initiative, reliable and confident.

This position is the “face of our office” and works directly with referring offices and patients, gathering all pertinent information prior to the first appointment, greeting all visitors into our office. Checking in and checkout patients, scheduling next visits, coordinating with referring offices, presenting treatment needs and scheduling surgery are a integral part of this position.

Surgeries performed daily in our office include, but not limited to: extractions, bone grafting, soft tissue grafting, implant placement, sinus augmentation, biopsies with many patients opting the use of IV moderate sedation.
