Front Desk/Patient Coordinator

Currently, our office is seeking aFront Desk/Patient Coordinator for our office in Oregon City, OR. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to multi-task, be a team player, and always convey a great attitude.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Follow-Up on patient treatment plans.
• Maintain a full practice schedule to include filling gaps in the calendar.
• Greet and welcome patients to the practice.
• Schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments as needed.
• Assist patients with filling out new patient forms.
• Update patient records and document recent treatments and procedures.
• Verify methods of payment and collect payments as needed.
• Perform general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
• Verify patients' health insurance, explain insurance benefits, and relay treatment estimates to patients.

Requirements

• Dental office experience preferred, not required. Will train the right person.
• DSN Software experience preferred.
• Team- Player, Outgoing and Personable
• Willingness to possibly be trained in back-office duties.
• High School Diploma

Schedule

18 - 22 hours, M, W, F (8am - 5pm); Possibility of more hours based on clinic needs.

Salary Range

$17 - $21/hr (Dependent on Experience)
