SalaryOur business is growing and we have a new opening for a talented Patient Coordinator to join our team. Prior dental office experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with patient scheduling experience in other fields.

The clinic is currently open four days per week. Initially, this position would be three (3) days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30 am to closing (5-5:30 pm).
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Take and process payments
- General office tasks

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
