If you love people, we love you. Our office is excitedly growing, and we need you to help us with that. We are Elite Smiles, a privately owned Holistic Biological Dental Office. We focus on overall health and wellness for our patients. Our patients are wonderful, health conscious people who are looking for someone with an engaging mindset to help them schedule, wade through the intricacies of dental insurance, treatment planning, and gaining understanding regarding recommended dental care. We are a very team-oriented dental practice that works hard to support each other in their various tasks.
Our dental culture is supportive, and very focused on maintaining an Elite Level understanding of cutting-edge dentistry. We desire every one of our staff to understand and be able to articulate all of our various procedures, many of which only a handful of practices in Arizona can provide. We do this through initial one-on-one training, frequent meetings, quarterly officewide trainings, continuing education courses, and we even have a book club! Hours: Monday through Thursday 7-5.
Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of dental experience
- or 2+ year experience in a customer service occupation
- Happy, positive, and friendly attitude, with a desire to provide patients with a pleasing dental experience.
- Proficiency in verbal skills
- Willingness to jump-in and learn new skills
- Great phone and computer skills for use in a digital office
- Ability to handle challenging situations/questions with ease
- Professional skills, including speaking in front of a group and providing solutions within the team or with patients
- Ability to work within a system including maintaining open accountability to yourself and staff members
Position Includes:
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining a full schedule
- Insurance and Claims
- Dental treatment plan generation and presentation
- Check in/out patients
- Correspondence and follow-up to patients and other entities
- Phones and patient questions/concerns
- Assist with sterilization and room-cleanup as needed
