Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist

Minnehaha Falls Family Dental is a dental office that strives to balance work, Patient Care and family life. We are looking for a new member to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator.

As a member of the administrative team, you’re an invaluable part of Minnehaha Falls Family Dental. You’re typically the first person to greet our new patients and/or returning patients. First impressions are key, so we are looking for someone who can greet our patients with a warm welcome and a brilliant smile.

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with an outgoing personality who is well spoken, an excellent communicator, intelligent and professional, plus has the ability to be a self starter.

Hours: Monday - Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00am - 5:00pm and Friday: 7:00am- 1:00 pm

Requirements/Duties:

• Experience in customer service ideal
• Experience in a dental office
• Positive, welcoming, sincere personality
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone communications skills
• Assisting in maintaining a full productive schedule for doctors and hygiene
• Deliver an exceptional dental experience to every patient and finds satisfaction in helping others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
