Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the medical spa
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of provider's time
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal Patient Care
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a med spa or medical office is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work well under pressure
