- Check-in and check-out patients during clinic
- Answer phones and take messages
- Schedule patient appointment(s) for consultation, testing, pre/post op, follow-ups
- Request updated demographics
- Manage patient medical records
- Request and upload patient information and photos
- Update multiple spreadsheets and manage EMR system
- Track scheduled appointments
- SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- 2 yrs medical office experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written, organizational and communication skills
- High school diploma or relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong computer skills
- Salary: $20-23/hr based on experience

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
