This coordinating role works a consistent schedule Monday to Thursday 7:30 am - 4 pm and Friday 6:30 am - 3 pm.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR
As a Patient Care Coordinator, each day is spent reviewing patient schedules while ensuring seamless transitions between appointments, coordinating treatments, and liaising with healthcare providers to optimize Patient Care paths. Building relationships with patients is at the heart of the role, and throughout the day, you engage warmly with individuals, addressing their concerns, answering questions, and offering support. Additionally, you dedicate time to financial planning discussions, guiding patients through insurance coverage, payment options, and cost estimations, promising clarity and transparency in their healthcare journey. Each interaction is an opportunity to make a positive impact, enriching both patient experiences and outcomes.
Here's what we need from you:
- Previous dental office experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and caring attitude
- Dental treatment coordinating experience (preferred)
- Leadership/management experience (preferred)
- Sales experience (preferred)
