**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures

- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits efficiently

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy

- Maintain patient records accurately and confidentially

- Collaborate with providers and other staff to ensure seamless Patient Care

- Provide support in organizing clinic events and community outreach programs

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in healthcare customer service is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

- Proficiency in using computer software and electronic medical records systems

- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to customer service
