Our Patient Care Coordinators (PCC) are responsible for providing an excellent, courteous, and efficient experience for our patients. Our practice is seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic, and professional individuals to fill the Patient Care Coordinator position.
Responsibilities - Administrative
- Check patients in/out
- Perform patient registration process
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule patients’ office visits/cardiac testing
- Notify the practice manager of any issues or wait times
Responsibilities - EMR & Technology
- Manage multiple physician calendars with EMR & Outlook
- Scan, upload, and attach documents to patient charts Entering patient information in an EMR
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Computer proficiency
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
