Job Summary and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

• You will be responsible for desk receptionist for the Surgery waiting room and other departments as needed.
• You will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and serve as a resource to the Surgical Services team.
• You will have accountability for delivering quality services and for promoting a positive image of the department.

What qualifications you will need:

• 1 year of front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare environment.
• Medical Terminology knowledge is highly preferred.
