WHAT TYPE OF WORK DO YOU PROVIDE?

As a Patient Care Advocate - Veterinary Technician, you will play a vital role in providing excellent care to our patients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include treating patients, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, collecting and preparing laboratory samples, assisting doctors, communicating with clients, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring the well-being and comfort of our furry friends!

QUALIFICATIONS

We're looking for someone that can meet the following:

• 1+ years of experience as a Veterinary Technician
• Basic veterinary knowledge (heartworm prevention, vaccines, diseases, etc.)
• Experience in a small animal practice, with preference given to LVT/RVT/CVT
• Ability to draw blood consistently
• Ability to effectively and safely restrain animals
• Currently resides in Austin, TX, or surrounding areas
