Parts Manager

Berman Truck Group is interviewing for the position of Parts Manager for the Bethel, Pa dealership location. Berman Truck Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) and has been in business since the 1960s providing medium & heavy duty vehicles, service and parts. Berman Truck Group operates three (3) dealerships in the state of Pennsylvania.

As Parts Manager your responsibilities will include (but not limited too):
1. manage and lead all parts department personnel in a positive and productive manner
2. ensure customer orders are fulfilled and/or communicated timely
3. demonstrate leadership and coaching ability to companies personnel at all times
4. demonstrate customer satisfaction by following ‘Standard of Excellence’ methodology
5. manage all incoming and outgoing parts inventory
6. manage parts inventory value, inventory turns, CORES dirty & clean
7. assist parts counter personnel with executing their job tasks
8. work with vendors for part supply, training and marketing materials

Position requirements
1. minimum of five (5) years in the medium & heavy duty truck parts business
2. prior experience of managing personnel (not required but helpful)
3. prior experience with DMS Procede/Excede (not required but helpful)
4. prior experience with DTNA products, Cummins and other OEM’s (not required but helpful)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Part Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
