Job Overview:
We are seeking a Parts Help Desk Associate to join our team. As a Parts Help Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing parts support for the US and Canadian Dealers.
Duties:
- Communicate daily with parent companies to resolve regional obstacles.
- Liaise daily with North American dealer networks, providing assistance with vehicle spares.
- Work with Field Service teams, to resolve back order situations.
- Assist the Parts Manager in stock level notification.
- Manage all claims of damage, discrepancies and credits.
- Fill in for shipping/received dept.
- Tracking FED Ex-UPS and freight orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Parts Help Desk at a dealer or auto parts
- Customer Service Oriented
- Automotive Parts/Service background.
- Import/Export Logistics background.
- Commercial Awareness.
- Able to build strong professional relationships.
