Parts Help Desk

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Parts Help Desk Associate to join our team. As a Parts Help Desk Associate, you will be responsible for providing parts support for the US and Canadian Dealers.

Duties:

• Communicate daily with parent companies to resolve regional obstacles.
• Liaise daily with North American dealer networks, providing assistance with vehicle spares.
• Work with Field Service teams, to resolve back order situations.
• Assist the Parts Manager in stock level notification.
• Manage all claims of damage, discrepancies and credits.
• Fill in for shipping/received dept.
• Tracking FED Ex-UPS and freight orders.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Parts Help Desk at a dealer or auto parts
• Customer Service Oriented
• Automotive Parts/Service background.
• Import/Export Logistics background.
• Commercial Awareness.
• Able to build strong professional relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
