Parts Coordinator

• Hollister Collision Center is looking for a Parts Coordinator!*

Hollister Collision is San Benito County's leading repair provider. We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable with working in a fast-pace environment, organized, and eager to grow alongside the company.
As the Parts Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Order, receive, process and monitor parts throughout the repair process
Monitor the delivery status on all parts
Inspect all delivered parts for quality, accuracy, and damage
Place all received parts with proper repair orders and/or ensure correct parts are issued to proper technicians.
Maintain pending credits at zero
Complete “part runs” as needed
Collaborate with technicians and estimators to fulfill parts request
Return and re-order incorrect or damaged parts
Track incomplete order status (outstanding orders, backorders, credits, etc.) and follow up as necessary
Perform other related tasks such as clean the shop, wash cars, etc.
