We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Enablement Manager to join our team at The Mobility House. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining successful partnerships with leading stakeholders across the electric mobility space such as engineering companies, EVSEs and software providers.
Requirements
- Strong track record of building and managing relationships.
- Good technical understanding or working engineering knowledge in the EV and energy space.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that enable robust and long-lasting relationships.
- Strong understanding of EV or energy industry knowledge that enables collaboration with industry partners.
- Self starter and thrive in a fast-faced environment.
- Embrace innovation and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.
Responsibilities
- Educate and train key industry stakeholders on The Mobility House's products and services, ensuring their comprehensive ability to effectively refer customers.
- Proactively engage with industry stakeholders to nurture relations, share learnings and raise awareness around open standards and key use cases of our technology, i.e. Automated Load Management.
- Manage and grow strategic partners to align with and exceed TMH’s company objectives and product priorities.
- Establish a deep understanding of partner’s long-term priorities and create a symbiotic partnership.
- Interface across internal teams to ensure excellent service for the partner and act as the partner’s advocate to deliver the information or resources needed.
- Contribute to a positive, innovative, and collaborative team culture, actively sharing knowledge and insights, and promoting a high-performance work environment.

Travel: up to 25%
Total Compensation: $111,700 - $137,105 inclusive of base salary and other incentives such as annual bonus. Actual offer will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, and experience.
This role can be remote in the United States or Belmont, CA.
