Sales Trainer and Enablement Manager
This role is responsible for empowering and aligning our pre-sales field organizations with the enablement programs needed to effectively cultivate and drive sales opportunities to a technical win. Successful candidates will understand solution-selling, along with the ability to identify learning objectives, drive content development, and produce learning experiences.
This role requires cross-organization collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders in Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership, and the various Enablement Teams within the company. This role is responsible to deliver and report on the enablement learning experience for pre-sales selling roles.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute on our pre-sales enablement framework, methodologies, and supporting processes across various customer-facing pre-sales roles.
  • Advocate for the pre-sales role enablement needs during the development of enablement programs.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and work with the Instructional Design team to develop the enablement.
  • Collaborate with the communications team to raise awareness of enablement programs.
  • Produce enablement sessions globally (at times pre-recorded, other times live facilitation).
  • Partner with subject matter experts to align sales assets with enablement.
  • Partner with Enablement's Role Excellence team and the pre-sales team to develop and deliver role-specific solution learning plans that meet the needs of the business and goals of each of product line owner.
  • Maintain corporate catalog listing of available pre-sales enablement.
  • Report on progress of Global Enablement programs delivered to the pre-sales selling roles.
  • Develop and execute on learner adoption and engagement programs such as contests, leaderboards, badging and gamification.
  • Drive adoption of enablement tools and systems.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6-8 years project / program management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple large projects / programs in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with solution selling.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement methodologies, enablement tools and technologies, and learning best practices.
  • A capacity to take a proactive approach to diagnose enablement issues and take on assigned projects.
  • Demonstrated ability of deep listening and curiosity.
  • A strong understanding of the pre-sales roles within a technical sales organization.
  • An understanding of product marketing and product development roles with the ability to translate their output into field-ready assets and Enablement.
  • Capable of achieving deliverables and outcomes by collaborating with individuals who are not under your direct supervision, all while fostering positive relationships.

  • An ability to define reporting, analyze results, and formulate actionable recommendations to support a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • An ability to interact with and influence a wide range of employees including senior management.
  • An ability to clearly communicate and influence key stakeholders around enablement strategies.
  • An ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Agile project delivery experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow products is preferred.
Compensation: $39.70 - $52.94 per hour
