- Own partner success with Red Hat and develop strategic accounts plans with your partners
- Work with partners to promote sales, educate on Red Hat offerings, and focus on joint solutions and opportunities and on creating and guiding those partner sales initiatives
- Ensure the partner has sales and technical capability to successfully sell and promote Red Hat offerings
- Work with partners to demonstrate how Red Hat solutions and technologies can be integrated into their offerings to deliver a higher return on investment (ROI) and ensure that Red Hat remains top of partners mind
- Promote executive engagement on an ongoing basis to ensure there are key strategies for increasing Red Hat's presence in partner customer accounts
- Collaborate with other verticals to help promote their business objectives through the partner ecosystem
- Establish and track joint business goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Take responsibility for recruitment and enablement of business partners and solutions providers
- Facilitate partner escalations within Red Hat
- Plan quarterly partner investments and market development funds (MDF)
The salary range for this position is $182,240 OTE - $300,720 OTE. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

- 7+ years of partner management experience
- Experience in developing effective Go To Market Partner plans
