Job Summary:
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to cover the phone lines and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for inbound calls and occasional visitors. You will also support other departments of the organization by running routine reports and administering other tasks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward inbound calls
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Run and create various Excel reports
- Update executive calendars
- Reconcile bank statements
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing
- Prior work experience in an office environment
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Professional attitude and appearance
