- Transfers to appropriate voice mailbox with the associate is unavailable
- Greets and directs visitors to the company
- Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel

- Company website
- Receives incoming mail
- Assists in opening mail for finance department
- Assists with other clerical duties
- photocopying
- faxing
- filing and collating
Working Relationships and Procedures:
Reports to Accounting/Finance. Follow verbal and written instructions. Duties are performed with intermittent supervision. Questions, problems, suggestions referred to Accounting/Finance.
