Part-Time Receptionist

Elite Pt, LLC is located at 100 Fitness Way, Hockessin, DE. We are currently seeking part time Front Desk Support staff for a Physical Therapy Practice (appx 15-20 hrs/wk (afternoon /early evening shift). Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling, entering patient demographics, collection of monies and maintaining documentation of patient’s accounts.

• Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone, retrieve voice mail messages, and provide information to callers
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Maintain a warm, friendly and welcoming relationship with all patients and visitors.

• Excel in customer service with excellent phone skills.
• Maintain continuity of care when scheduling patient appointments, and pro-actively schedule patients for optimum outcomes.
• Efficiently and accurately use technology used in office.

Required Education, Skills & Abilities:

• Related experience in a clinical setting a plus but not required. Will train the right person.
• Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills including proper phone etiquette.
• Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and all other technical or software system. Knowledge of Webpt or another Electronic Medical Records software is a plus; knowledge of social media platforms.
• Active listening skills and ability to adapt to change.

• Experience:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Experience in using Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously
- Experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is a bonus
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
