Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time)

Trilogy Salon and Spa is looking to add a new Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Candidate must have great customer service skills and the ability to multitask. Previous salon experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the salon
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Schedule clients accordingly based on their requests
• Process payments for clients
• Open and close salon

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
