We are seeking a friendly and organized individual who is passionate about customer service and dogs to join our team as a receptionist. An ideal candidate for this position has excellent communication skills, experience taking phone reservations, and ensuring the accuracy of vaccine records. We are looking for an individual who is motivated to provide a personal touch in an efficient manner, communicate with pet parents, and who is excited to join our growing dog daycare/boarding center.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Answering questions for current clients and potential new clients.
- Giving tours to potential new clients.
- Keeping a positive attitude when discussing dogs and their days.
- Checking in dogs of all sizes and bringing them to other parts of the facility.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Communicating to the back about dogs schedules.
- Keeping the lobby clean and organized.
- Willingness to help with other tasks with the dogs as needed.
Please note, while this is a Front Desk position, employees are still on their feet for a portion of the day and must be willing to handle all sizes of dogs to ensure that every dog goes to the correct play group or indoor location.

Pay: From $13.25 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
