Job Description:
- Answer phone calls within two rings.
- Transfer phone calls to appropriate party.
- Distribute and collect incoming and outgoing mail.
- Date stamp mail as it comes in.
- Maintain phone logs and visitor logs.
- Ensure client applications are filled out with the appropriate information attached.
- Maintain files.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience in customer service over the phone and in person.
- Detail oriented.
