Job Description: An administrative specialist who manages the incoming calls for a wholesale distributor with multiple locations. Duties will include filing, organizing, and performing data entry. Performing various other clerical tasks including faxing, filing, and preparing invoices will also be functions of this position.
This position will require strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for this position. Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Answer & direct all phone calls.
- Collect and sort all mail and packages.
- Answer caller questions & provide general customer service.
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary.
- Perform light bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional demeanor
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with basic office software – Mircosoft Office
- Ability to multitask, communicate effectively

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
