Part Time - Patient Care Coordinator

Bayer Neurobehavioral Center, PLLC (BNBC) is seeking clinicians and a Part time administrative assistant to expand our practice. We have a strong reputation with the community and with referral sources, as well as the need for more evidence-based practitioners in this area. Our practice includes both therapy and evaluations for children and adults.

Part time - Patient Care Coordinator. Assist with day-to-day clinical operations. Responsibilities include managing referrals and new patient appointments, answering the phone, scheduling, returning phone calls. Additional duties include checking patients in, collecting copays, maintaining organization by creating patient files, scanning/uploading documents. Requirements: Associates degree preferred; work history in medical field; experience with Google Workspace (sheets, google documents). Schedule: Preferred availability T/W/Th 8:30 - 5:00, but we will be flexible for a good fit. Apply by sending cover letter and resume to drcbayer@bayerpsych.com.
