Job Summary:
In search of an organized, friendly, tech-savvy person to work part-time in a combination in-person/virtual role at a Main Line Counseling Center. Position would require some in person hours to oversee the running of Wayne Counseling Center, in addition to billing and administrative support for Bright Path Therapy & Associates, LLC. Exact hours can be flexible for the right candidate. Time needed each week will be variable and likely in the range of 6 hours weekly.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Collect rent from subtenants
- Pay rent, utilities, and other bills
- Manage business contracts (xerox, etc)
- Coordinate with property manager and staff regarding issues in the office suite
- Communicate with potential new patients
- Schedule patient appointments
- Manage patient intake process/documents
- Handle billing and invoicing for patients and staff
- Manage insurance billing
- Maintain website
- Manage business finances
Qualifications:
- Well versed in Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn other online platforms used for billing, scheduling and insurance
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, motivated, trustworthy and organized
