Part-Time Medical Receptionist Saturday Only Shift

Local holistic medical clinic located in NW Portland is looking for a part time receptionist. Please note this is a permanent position and there is no flexibility in the shift. If you cannot commit to this shift for the hours noted please do not apply. Please note this position is not your typical reception and does involve physical duties for periods of time.

```Duties```

- Routine housekeeping, restroom upkeep, folding and rotating laundry for the clinic, collecting recycling and garbages, etc.

- Unpack and stock supplements

- Fill custom herbal formulas as directed by practitioner
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical scheduling systems
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Collect and update patient information, including insurance details
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and clinic

```Experience```
- Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Shift : Saturdays 9am-6pm

Background check is required.

Quarterly bonuses after 6 months employment.

Salary: $18.00 per hour
