- Prior Experience in healthcare required, preferably in reception or administrative capacity.
- Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize tasks, including managing incoming calls, greeting/registering and discharging patients, scheduling appointments and maintaining a smooth and efficient patient flow.
- Accurately collect and process payments for patient pay services.
- Be reliable, detail-oriented and consistent with follow-through.
- Knowledgeable in basic computer skills and capable of utilizing electronic medical records, MS Office Suite, scanning and electronically storing documents.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with team members, patients and clients.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills in daily tasks.
- This is a full-time Monday-Friday, business hours (8a-5p) position.
Compensation package includes an hourly wage dependent on your experience, plus medical, dental and vision benefits, retirement plan, paid vacation, and sick time.
