Part Time Litigation Paralegal Project Based

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a Part Time Litigation Paralegal position in Melbourne, FL. This is for aproject-based/Part Timeopportunity. As a Litigation Paralegal you will be responsible for legal admin tasks. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Responsibilities:

• This position provides high-level secretarial and administrative support to multiple attorneys
  
• Assists attorneys in preparing litigation cases from onset through post-trial
  
• Document production and management, obtaining and organizing case files on a daily basis
  
• Preparing, organizing and maintaining deposition materials and summaries
  
• Scheduling and coordinating hearings, depositions and mediations
  
• Assisting with trial and mediation preparations
  
• Assisting with document production including creation and editing of correspondence and documents
  Ideal candidate has keen attention to detail including effective proof reading and drafting skills, demonstrated multi-tasking skills, strong organizational skills, knowledge/experience in document management system such as FileSite and the ability to work effectively with others against deadlines
  Effective time management and communication skills, both written and oral, are necessary
  Expertise in e-filing in state and federal court is required
  
• Hours will vary based on current case load.
  

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Pay rates starting at $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
  
• Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week
