Litigation Paralegal (Lt006)

Sarasota law firm is seeking to fill a full-time Legal Assistant position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings and motions to be filed in various jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with clients to get necessary information and to provide copies of case related documents.
• Work with process servers to coordinate proper delivery of court documents.
• Manage case status for a large volume practice.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience required
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to handle a large volume of cases
• Must be service/client oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work remotely

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Travel: Light travel required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
